From 21 to 24 May 2019, Cologne will become not only a meeting point for international buyers, but also a platform for finding extremely interesting innovations that can stimulate the furniture sector. At interzum, the key players in the sector launch the ideas that will mark the furniture market of tomorrow: all the technological innovations, new materials, new products, developments and design trends are presented.

The fair is divided into three macro sectors: Materials & Nature, Function & Components e Textile & Machinery.
Materials & Nature
In this sector there are exhibitors of wood, veneer, parquet, interior design, decorative surfaces, decorative papers, laminates, wood materials, layered, mineral materials, edges, surface treatments, printing cylinders, sheets.
Function & Components
Here you can find technological solutions to meet the new demands of customers in terms of technology, energy efficiency, comfort and convenience.
Manufacturers of components for cabinets, kitchen and office furniture, tables and chairs, hardware, locks, recessed elements, lights and lighting systems are exposed to this sector.
Textile & Machinery
Only perfect workmanship, thanks to sophisticated technologies and machinery, transforms innovative ideas and high-performance materials into commercial success.
In the Textile & Machinery section, machinery for the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses, upholstery materials, upholstered accessories, upholstery materials, leather and adhesives are exhibited.
“Mobile Spaces“ square
In the “Mobile Spaces“ square, one of the most topical themes, life in mobile environments, will be addressed once again. This year the square will extend its range of action to all four types of mobile environments “Automotive“, “Maritime“, “Aircraft“ and “Railway“, with the aim of offering visitors a complete picture of innovative opportunities for furnishing mobile environments.
