Four highlights are proposed that reflect current trends well: the two new decors Acapulco and Rovere Valencia, appreciated by customers and visitors to the fair, and the bestselling designs California Elm and Omega Oak, taken from the “Global Essentials” collection.
Schattdecor's attention was also focused on new and sustainable solutions for an increasingly demanding market, with the "Fineflex" product, developed in collaboration with Fine Decor.
Acapulco: the decorative sandstone
Acapulco is a sandstone decorative that stands out for its wide chromatic scale. Its natural, clean, unaltered design means that the design can be used and combined in a thousand ways, integrating perfectly into any environment.
Its materiality and structural variability make Acapulco versatile, suitable for furniture, in the kitchen or on facades. The combination with the green color and trendy decorations, such as the wooden blockboard designs, intensify the effect.
Valencia oak: rustic yet elegant
Rustic elegance: this is how Valencia Oak can be described. The key here is the naturalness that gives the Valencia Oak an elegant appearance, that naturalness of the original material obtained thanks to natural inclusions, discolorations and knots. This authenticity gives the Valencia Oak decorative a fluid chromatic variation and an elegance that results in a truly modern composition with a rustic touch.
The design also adapts well to large surfaces and is easily combined. For example, it goes well with apricot colors, seen at the last Salone del Mobile in Milan, or with a rich indigo blue, but also the combination with a stone design enhances this oak to the maximum.
California Elm: a soft naturalness
The precise processing of gold and pearlescent effects in California Elm's design does not suggest an artifice, but a creation of nature. This is one of the reasons why the design is said to have bestseller potential. According to the latest trends in interior design, the surfaces, once white, are now gradually replaced by warm "nude" and natural shades. The colors taken from the berries reinforce this feeling and emphasize the wide color spectrum of California Elm, which can also be combined with modern stone and wood designs, as well as plain colors.
Omega Oak: a material and three-dimensional aspect
Blockboard design is absolutely back in fashion. Its graphics give materiality and three-dimensionality: two themes currently in great demand and which have a great impact on interior design. Living spaces must be lived with all the senses and thanks also to this decorative. The experience becomes complete by combining solid colors in “nude” and pink. The design also harmonizes perfectly with its peers and can be beautifully combined with other 3D decors.
