At Sicam 2019 Schattdecor confirms the trend that follows the motto “Urban Styles - Places of Tomorrow“, which has already been appreciated by visitors at interzum, in the three forms of Coliving, Coworking and Public Space, proposing innovative solutions that will make our spaces of tomorrow (Places of Tomorrow, precisely) even more liveable.

Coliving as a new form of living

Coliving is the sharing of temporary living spaces with the relative know-how for people not bound to a specific workplace. For the theme Coliving, Schattdecor has proposed at interzum some decorative stone or wood-effect designs and light-coloured designs, presented on large surfaces that have been very successful. Stone effect decors such as Grey Caspio with dark veins and a modern metallic effect can easily be combined with very expressive wooden decors such as Delano Oak. The Istanbul Walnut or Black Glow decors will also fit perfectly into these living spaces.

Coworking: the world of work is changing

In recent years, the availability of urban spaces is increasingly scarce and has, above all, high costs, which is why the “Coworking Spaces“ offer the ideal solution for the temporary use of creative and complex living environments. In this sector, light wood types such as Frost Pine, the decorative wood reminiscent of Scandinavian woods, are particularly popular.
