"For a family company like ours, people represent the most important and invaluable asset. We believe in people, we strive to build relationships based on transparency and mutual trust, we cultivate talent and support it in manifesting its spirit of innovation. The Great Place to Work® rating, a direct expression of our employees' sentiment, is an important confirmation of our commitment to creating an environment where individuals can feel motivated, free to express themselves, and proud to be an active part of our company's goal: improving people's quality of life,' Poletti concluded.
Trust, innovation and reliability
Present in Italy since 1964, Rehau Italia today employs 122 people, a human capital that has grown over the years thanks also to the ability to build a solid corporate culture, founded on the sharing of values such as trust, innovation and reliability, inherent not only in the company's claim "Engineering Progress. Enhancing Lives." but also in the small actions that occur in everyday working life.
One of the signs of the healthy working climate and the strong sense of belonging is the seniority of service of more than 15 years, which affects 50% of the workforce.
The alignment then between declared and practised values, among which sustainability, reliability and innovation stand out, is confirmed by the opinion of 93% of Rehau Italia employees, who also expressed a particular appreciation of issues such as cohesion, pride, respect and credibility.
From the responses, it also emerged that among the elements that contribute to creating a unique working environment are the trust placed in people, the enhancement of individual skills, open and transparent leadership and a commitment to employee well-being.
