For the second year in a row, Rehau Italia, the Italian subsidiary of the polymer processing specialist Group, achieves the important Great Place to Work® certification, registering an increased score in all areas surveyed, compared to the previous year.
In fact, co-workers and managers were positive about their work experience at the company, reconfirming a high degree of satisfaction with both the quality of the work environment and the company culture.
A highly coveted achievement
The 90 percent of human resources who took part in the analysis conducted by international research, technology and organizational consulting firm Great Place to Work reconfirmed the positive sentiment about Rehau Italia's climate, culture and founding values. Values such as customer focus, sustainability and healthy work climate were rated particularly favorably, followed next by innovation, trust and reliability.
