The new Ostermann Compact-Style edges meet a very important need in the furniture sector: creating panels with real wood effect.

In fact, realizing panels made of natural wood with laminated colour pressed on both sides has a particularly high cost that affects the final price of the piece of furniture.

The edges called Compact-Style are ABS edges which are applied on a white or black chipboard and create the effect of a real wood front of the highest quality.

They are supplied in 23 x 1.3 mm and are currently available in black / oak and white / oak colour combinations.

To achieve the laminate effect, the Compact-Style edge, made of the classic ABS, consists of three different stripes: the two outer sides are either white or black to perfectly match the colour of the chipboard panel while the inside of the edge has a large strip in oak colour.

The Compact-Style edges exist in the variant with a head-wood effect and the one with the longitudinal wood decoration in the middle to make perfect the illusion of real wood.

Also in this case Ostermann continues its commercial policy of supplying the edges already starting from 1 meter. The shipment of the goods available in stock takes place the same day.
