200 exhibitors from 23 countries, more than 30 conference speeches and 60 Italian and international speakers: these are the numbers that sum up interzum forum italy, the new and eagerly awaited biennial event, organized by Koelnmesse, which makes its debut on June 6 at the Bergamo Fairgrounds.
The event, which is part of the interzum brand family of international events, features a duration of only two days, an exhibition of the main companies in the Function & Components, Materials & Nature, and Textile and Machinery sectors, and a rich conference program featuring talks by national and international experts.

Two days of discussion on the most current issues involving all subcontracting sectors and aimed at a wide audience of visitors, including furniture and design companies and operators, manufacturers of materials and technologies, general contractors, design companies and studios, interior designers, consultants and business service companies.
The program is intended to be a broad and cross-cutting platform of informative content on the issues that will significantly impact furniture subcontracting in the coming years, not only in the home, but also in the contract sectors of yachting, RVing and automotive.
To carry out the conference program interzum forum italy relied on the collaboration with numerous institutions, universities and research organizations, such as the CSIL study center, the Digital Innovation Observatories of the School of Management of the Politecnico di Milano, the Department of Materials Science of the University of Milan-Bicocca, the consortium company POLI.Design, and the global e-commerce platform Alibaba.
Trend Talk: visions on the future of the industry
The congress is divided into three event formats: Trend Talk, Trend Stage and Product Stage.
Trend Talks feature panel discussions with industry experts, opinion leaders and representatives from leading companies who will share their visions on the future of the industry. Topics range from forecasts for domestic and international markets to new business models, lifestyles and their development, surface and color trends, sustainability issues, and the design of supply chains and value chains.
Trend Stage: topical technical and regulatory issue
The most topical technical and regulatory issues are addressed in Trend Stages from a global perspective that integrates the respective value chains involved: such as woodworking industry technologies and their regulatory framework, product certification issues, the development of high-performance and low-thickness materials, and the digitization of design and production, particularly for kitchens and offices.
Product Stage: companies' new product innovations
The Product Stage format, on the other hand, offers companies a platform to present their newly developed products and services, as well as innovative digital solutions and systems for efficient and environmentally friendly production processes.
