The German Hettich Group intends to acquire the entire shares of the Italian FGV Group, subject to approval by the antitrust authorities. This is an important step for the two companies, which together want to plan a common future in the furniture fittings sector.
After the merger, Hettich and FGV intend to integrate their forces in order to continuously develop their existing business activities and offer their customers even better value-added solutions.
Developing a path to success together
Hettich and FGV share common values: two European family businesses with a long history in a common industry, acting in a practical and responsible manner, always with an eye on future generations.

Hettich and FGV will remain independent brands and companies within the Hettich Group, customers of both companies will retain their usual contacts even after the planned merger, so customer service will remain unchanged. The management of both companies, Hettich and FGV, will ensure the necessary continuity and continuous joint development.
