Now in its nineteenth year, Interior Design's Best of Year is a major international award organized by the influential U.S. magazine Interior Design and is a true mark of excellence that showcases contemporary creativity in the various categories of design and architecture.

Awarded, among others, during the December 12 evening event in New York, Falmec's Alba ceiling hood features a technological “heart” integrated into the false ceiling and an elegant protruding frame of tempered glass that draws a well-defined and transparent line, thus becoming the only visible element.

The frame is further enhanced by an LED system that gives a pleasant effect and ensures optimal lighting on the cooktop.

With a perimeter suction system, Alba offers great versatility and maximum discretion, thanks to the white panel that can be tinted to match the color of the ceiling. An important detail that allows for aesthetic continuity with the ceiling and the rest of the room.
