The company presented its most innovative collections, designed in collaboration with Adriano Design, at HostMilano: new intelligent cooking objects that combine induction technology, functionality and new “nomadic” behaviors.
The new proposals are the “Comodissimo” cordless induction hob, the “Eccolo” single-burner induction table and the “Mammamia” table with two integrated wire-top induction plates.
Smart technological solutions that can be used anywhere
The induction hobs and extractor hoods designed by Adriano Design and manufactured by Fabita are innovative because they offer a totally different approach to the traditional concept of household appliances: the products provide more functionality at the same time, offer intelligent technological solutions, reduce bulk, thickness, weight and , thanks to their freestanding connotation, they can be used anywhere.
A good example of this is “Eccolo”, a single-burner induction hob: the round plate rests on a stem at a height of 70 cm and is supported on the ground by a round base that also acts as a cable winder. The front knob allows you to modulate the power in an analog way, while the programs are activated by touching the backlit touch controls positioned on the hob.
The structure is made entirely of aluminum while the hob is in glass ceramic.
Light and dynamic, Eccolo can be easily transported from one room to another, even outdoors, to cook anywhere. Thanks to its stand alone configuration, it is also perfectly suited for quick preparations or to complete those cooking at the table, such as in tea rooms or coffee labs for tastings.
Proposals for domestic and contract spaces
"Mamma mia" is a table where the integrated flush-top induction allows you to cook and / or finish cooking directly at the table. In fact, the top houses two induction plates inserted flush with the thickness and controlled by a display positioned in the center. The structure is made of steel with solid oak legs and a customizable top in porcelain stoneware, marble, wood or glass.
Finally, Fabita presented “Comodissimo”, a practical cooking trolley: the cordless induction hob, consisting of two cooking zones, is powered by a lithium battery which at a power of 1.5 kwh ensures use for 60 minutes. Without limitations of cables and electrical sockets, the cooking trolley can be easily moved in any indoor and outdoor context. The frame is in painted iron and the tops are in oak wood. Due to its lightness and ease of movement, Comodissimo is suitable for both the home environment and the world of professional catering.
