The highly valued objective of Catas Academy is the information and training of companies, institutes, and organisations operating in the sector.
Every year around fifty events are organised, online and in presence, for a total of over 200 hours of training. They are opportunities for in-depth study and discussion, often organized in collaboration with other companies in the supply chain, which make an important contribution to the culture of the world of wood furnishings. Every year an average of over 1,200 operators, entrepreneurs and technicians participate.
The most recent news in the regulatory field
Also this year the meetings will try to deepen some highly topical technical issues, as well as provide information on the most recent innovations in the regulatory field such as for example the new obligations for the US market for container furniture for domestic use, the revision of the 1725 standard for beds or even the reaction to fire of upholstered furniture specifically for the UK market. Some meetings will see the important collaboration with sector associations such as FederlegnoArredo and Acimall.
The "Catas Days", technical meetings in the area
New this year is the organization of some "Catas Days", technical meetings in the area that will take place at the Catas Brianza headquarters in Lissone, in the province of Monza Brianza, and at the recently built Catas Point Pesaro . The very first meeting scheduled for April 4th will be the occasion to inaugurate the new, modern and efficient headquarters of Catas Point Pesaro.
