Products: Lamination
In this section you can find the products belonging to the fabric lamination category. These include all the products that are obtained from the various processes of fabrics such as fabric coating, fabric resin finishing and fabric doubling. The manufacturers of textile laminations present in our portal constantly carry out scrupulous research and development activities, aimed at the continuous improvement of their products to guarantee the best offer to their customers.
Details on the textile lamination category
Textile lamination essentially consists in the union of two textile materials by mixing different resins and which can subsequently be followed by other types of processing.
Depending on the type of fabric, support and compound, diversified products can be obtained. These products obtained from textile lamination are used in clothing, furnishings and in the footwear sector.
The lamination of the fabrics is carried out by directly spreading a compound of acrylic or latex resin mixes in an aqueous solution, normally also containing ammonia. The mixture is spread on a backing fabric with a spatula to make it stick to another fabric. The laminated fabric is then passed between heated cylinders that dry the mixture and is then passed into a branch at a temperature between 90 º c and 160 º c depending on the article for complete drying and/ or cross-linking of the resin.
