In the kitchen, hygiene and the correct disposal of waste from an environmental point of view are becoming increasingly important. Vauth-Sagel, one of the leading suppliers of integrated waste collection systems, has developed solutions that meet these requirements and enable flexible waste separation. Among the innovations presented at the last Sicam by the German company were the VS ENVI®Water system, a completely new product, and the VS ENVI® Flex and VS ENVI® Free system upgrade (pictured). 

VS ENVI® Water: an innovative solution

The VS ENVI® product family now also includes the brand new VS ENVI® Water, a separate waste collection system and water tank at the same time, an innovative and contemporary solution that focuses on sustainability and water consumption. 

Water treatment systems are becoming more and more common and are generally placed under the sink near the waste collection containers. With VS ENVI® Water, it is possible to install the waste collection system and the Quooker water tank or other water treatment systems of identical dimensions together.

The perfectly coordinated elements ensure a space-saving arrangement of all the necessary components within the cabinet under the sink. The 600-cabinet version, already presented at interzum 2023, now also applies to the 800 and 1000-cabinet versions. 

VS ENVI® Water is quick and easy to install and adapts flexibly to existing conditions. 

VS ENVI® Free and VS ENVI® Flex even more flexible 

The latest versions of the VS ENVI® Flex and VS ENVI® Free collection systems offer even more flexibility and adaptability than previous versions.

Vauth-Sagel presented the extension of the VS ENVI® Flex system, now available in four versions, with container heights of 216, 256, 326 and 426 mm, while the VS ENVI® Free system also offers a new thermoformed tray that allows optimal positioning of the waste containers inside the drawer.

Both systems are based on solutions for waste collection in pull-out drawers that are already part of the Vauth-Sagel product range and can therefore be integrated into all common drawer runners, preserving their aesthetics. 

In the updated version of the VS ENVI® Flex system, far fewer components are used, making it even more economical, ecological and lighter than its predecessor. 

Also in terms of sustainability, the baskets of all VS ENVI® systems are made of up to 100 per cent recycled material and are themselves fully recyclable.
