- Lighting for furniture
Designed by Andrea Federici Consulting, Systema was awarded as the product in the Home Furniture/Decoration category, garnering the support of the 133-member jury of independent experts from around the world. It should be noted that there were over 11,000 entries from 56 countries. The scoring of the products was based on several criteria including idea, form, function, differentiation and environmental impact.
A structural light profile applicable on any wall
Systema is a structural light profile with a double light chamber and groove for accessories, which can be applied to any wall, masonry, plasterboard, wood, metal, guaranteeing installation without visible screws.
The structural profile has been designed with the upper light chamber with recessed optics that, by concealing the focal point, cancels the glare effect. The diffusers, made of diffusing opal methacrylate, run the full length of the profile, offering a combination of wall washer light projection on the upper side and service light projection on the lower side.
The light sources, single or dual-colour D-Motion, can be controlled independently or synchronously, as can the adjustment of light intensity and the selection of colour temperature.
Configured with a range of kitchen accessories
Particularly suitable for wall mounting in the kitchen undercabinet, the Systema structural lighting profile can be configured with a range of accessories developed specifically for the kitchen and designed to meet various needs, ensuring maximum efficiency in the different areas of use.
These include Nety, a control and power distribution unit that integrates a power supply for LED light sources, two power sockets, two USB-C sockets and two touch dimmer switches. Nety, like all Systema's accessories, can be attached to the groove of the structural profile with a simple gesture, allowing configurations to be obtained according to specific space organisation and function requirements.
Systema is a unique profile that crosses the traditional boundaries between luminaire and furnishing accessory, resulting in an interior lighting collection that combines design and functionality, service and creativity.
