Salice, a company specializing in the production of furniture hinges and accessories, has successfully acquired Atim S.p.A., an Italian manufacturer of aluminum-based hardware solutions for the furniture industry. The acquisition and integration of Atim into the Salice Group will expand the portfolio of the Novedrate (MB)-based company with new cutting-edge products, adding solutions for extendable tables and transformable systems. This acquisition will enable Salice to leverage its international network of 9 sales subsidiaries and numerous distributors to bring Atim's solutions to a global audience.

Salice expands its product range
The Salice Group, from June 2022 majority owned by Cobepa, an investment company with offices in New York, Brussels and Munich, is among the leading global manufacturers of furniture accessories and hardware offering a full range of products including hinges, lift systems, slides, drawers and sliding systems.
