- Technological materials for furniture
Innovative textures, new precious colors and the latest technologies: these are the characteristics of the 2024 collections of surfaces offered by Infinity | The Engineered Surface, large-format ceramic slabs, ideal for the world of furniture
and design.
Among the novelties presented at Sicam 2024, the three new surfaces Calacatta Brazil, White Macaubas and Provençale, made with the new High Fidelity-Tech technology signed by Infinity that enhances the materiality of the surface, elevating every tactile sensation to the maximum.
In fact, this exclusive technology harmoniously blends the graphic design and the imprinted trace, engraving the veins deep into the surface.
Calacatta Brazil: an interplay of marked lines
Calacatta Brazil (pictured in the opening photo) is distinguished by its milky white background, traversed by subtle veins spread throughout the surface. This play of marked lines, made possible precisely by the innovative High Fidelity-Tech technology, gives the slab a unique appeal, making it ideal for large rooms where elegance and refinement find their highest expression.
White Macaubas: a simple, yet refined surface
White Macaubas is a tribute to the beauty of natural simplicity, with a warm, rare and precious white ground that stands out for its purity. Irregular veins intertwine in a unique geometry, evoking that “imperfect perfection” characteristic of the Brazilian nature from which it originates. This surface, simple yet refined, thanks to High Fidelity-Tech, manages to simulate the working of stone.
Provençale: intimate connection with the earth
Provençale reinterprets the ancient art of earthenware, bringing to light a material that deeply evokes the earth from which it springs. Rich in detail and texture, this surface creates a relationship with its surroundings. High Fidelity-Tech enhances its materiality, giving each slab a unique sensory experience.
Continuous aesthetics and versatility
Large-format porcelain stoneware slabs, with dimensions that can reach up to 1620×3240 mm, offer numerous advantages, both aesthetic and functional. One of the main pluses is continuous aesthetics: in fact, thanks to the reduction of joints, these slabs create a homogeneous and refined surface that lends elegance to kitchen wall tiles. They are also easy to clean and do not require any specific treatment. These technical and aesthetic characteristics mean that they are especially used in the kitchen environment to make countertops, worktops and sinks.
Their versatility allows them to be cut to size to meet any design requirement, even in niches, complex corners or spaces with irregular shapes.
In addition, exclusive innovative technologies, such as Natura-Body Tech developed by Infinity for making
of full-body slabs, further refine the natural effect of stoneware, achieving an even more realistic aesthetic rendering that can perfectly replicate the nuances and details of natural stone.
