Lapitec, an Italian company producing large-format sintered stone slabs, took part in KBIS 2018, The Kitchen and Bath Industry Show in Orlando, Florida, where it presented the two new Absolute Black and Absolute White colours to the North American market.
Protagonists of the stand, these two nuances have been admired in a top kitchen designed for outdoor use in Absolute White, in the Lithos finish, in a fireplace, on a floor and in a Maistri kitchen.
It was also possible inside the stand to see the extreme versatility of the full-body Lapitec® sintered stone through the display of its many applications.
For this purpose the stand has been divided into four areas: one dedicated to outdoor with the exhibition of an open-air kitchen with EGG barbecue, a fireplace, a planter and the entire outside flooring made of Lapitec® Absolute White in Satin and Vesuvio finishes and London in Urban finish. The area dedicated to the kitchen environment proposed the Giza kitchen created by Maistri Cucine using the Moca Lux colour combined with Absolute Black in Dune finish.
Another area has been dedicated to the new concept colours, exposing some chromatic proposals on which the company is currently working.
The sintered stone is ideal for kitchen and bathroom
In the innovation area, the company has also proposed projects that illustrate the technical and technological potential of this technological material for furniture: a kitchen counter with an induction cooking system, integrated under the top, whose patent is undergoing approval; an integrated refrigerating system, especially suitable for outdoor kitchens, a PITT cooking system and a kitchen sink top completely integrated into the top. For the bathroom, a solution in Lapitec® with inlaid vanity top and a shower created with Absolute White.
“The innovations presented to KBIS - commented Michele Ballarin, Sales and Marketing Director of Lapitec Spa - express the constant research and development work we are pursuing.
