X-MATT, the hi-tech paint

X-MATT is the new line of paints for ultra-matt, anti-scratch, anti-fingerprint surfaces with self-repairing properties. These high-tech paints are characterized by extreme resistance and self-repairing properties. Thanks to the heat you can “erase“ the surface scratches in a few seconds. This innovative line of interior decoration paints, suitable for any type of surface, allows to obtain ultra-opaque surfaces totally anti-reflective. X-MATT is resistant to coffee stains, anti-fingerprint, resistant to cold liquids (UNI EN 12720), resistant to scratch (UNI EN 15186), soft to the touch. It is available in transparent version or you can have endless colors, material effects and surfaces with a smooth, uniform and reproducible three-dimensional effect. It is applicable with all existing painting technologies for both transparent and pigmented versions.

Iridea Bio, the paint that respects the environment

Iridea Bio is the first paint in the world that uses renewable sources and which drastically reduces CO2 emissions in the air. The BIO paints for interiors and exteriors are in fact formulated with non-toxic and ecological renewable raw materials coming from recycled materials and with production phases of lower environmental impact.In addition to respecting the environment, BIO water-based paints have high-performance performances.In fact they possess characteristics of hardness, chemical resistance, resistance to light, workability, faster drying and greater anti-yellowing power.

Iridea Color, the protagonist color

ICA Group invests a lot in the study of new colors in order to respond effectively and punctually to the needs of professionals, designers and architects, who must be able to have high-performance and innovative solutions.

The color was the absolute protagonist of the Sicam stand thanks to the new Iridea Color tinting system presented through the Ink Chromatic Wheel, a large wooden wheel that showed visitors the numerous chromatic possibilities obtainable with the system. The Iridea Color tinting system uses an innovative series of colourant called INK that takes into account the current color trends in the world of colourant to achieve a visual result of trend and great color impact. INK concentrated dyes are solvent-based and of universal use. From 10 primary colors you can get 150 ready-to-use colors and many other intermediate shades including also pastel shades (with white cuts). They can all be diluted with both solvent and water, with the exception of shades with white cuts, which can only be mixed with solvent.The Iridea Color tinting system has considerable advantages: simplicity of formulation, constant reproducibility, speeding up of times and, last but not least, good economic savings.
