Fulgor Milano, an Italian brand synonymous with Made in Italy excellence and innovation in the world of cooking, celebrates 75 years in business this year. On the occasion of Eurocucina/FTK 2024, the company presented many new products, designed to meet the demands of extremely demanding buyers who seek exclusivity and technology at the highest level. Among them, in a world premiere, the exclusive model of Professional Kitchen Sofia 60" Induction All Glass and the new induction hobs of the Enova line, now also with integrated aspiration.

Professional Line : meeting between style and technology

Fulgor Milano's Professional Line offers products with professional features for domestic use, and the Sofia induction stove is its ultimate expression. 

In the iconic design of the Professional Line, the Sofia 60" Induction All Glass Professional Kitchen reveals elegant aesthetics, with essential lines with two large ovens and a single, extended and durable glass-ceramic cooktop that offers more space and freedom to preparations in the kitchen.

The cooktop offers as many as eight cooking zones: two powerful dual control inductors, two standard cooking zones, and in the center, four induction zones with Bridge functionality that allow the use of even large pans and griddles. 

Completing the equipment of the Sofia kitchen are two 30-inch professional pyrolytic ovens equipped with dual ventilation and practical telescopic grills. The doors have assisted soft closing and four heat-reflective glass panes that ensure external surfaces that are "warm" to the touch, even during the high temperatures reached during the pyrolysis self-cleaning cycle.

Enova cooktops: the evolution of induction

Although Fulgor Milano has a wide range of gas products (hobs and ovens) in its catalog, for the first time it dedicated the FTK 2024 exhibition space exclusively to induction products such as the new Enova line of hobs with their original and refined design. The volumes, details, different metal finishes, and the choice to use the intuitive knob control represent the aesthetic features of the product, to which is added the advanced technological compartment that the company has developed for this exclusive and valuable product line. 

Also new from FTK are the induction hobs with integrated hood Aria+ and Enova+.

The Aria+ induction hob comes in two versions: one with a glass-ceramic flap and a new version with an exclusive customizable grill, thanks to the interchangeable metal strip positioned in its center. The available finishes will be those already offered for professional line: Stainless, Brass, Bronze and Black. A powerful patented WaterProof direct suction motor (700 mc/h) with the two barriers of grease and odor filters (ceramic with activated carbon) allow a new generation level of efficiency.

The Enova+ induction cooktop with integrated hood (suction and/or filter version) features a functional design of the circular grille with concentric and inclined wings, conceived to capture, with high levels of silence, air flows from all directions. Enova also achieves high-level functional performance thanks to a brand new inductor unit belonging to Generation X.
