Once again this year, Elleci, a company that has been studying, designing and producing sinks, washbasins and furnishing accessories for the kitchen and bathroom for more than 30 years, was awarded an important recognition: in fact, it won the iF Design Award 2025 for no less than two products, the Mixology workstation and the innovative Laundry washbasin.

Awarded by iF International Forum Design GmbH, the prize, with nearly 11,000 entries from 66 countries, once again proves to be one of the world's most prestigious design competitions. The jury, composed of 131 independent professionals and experts in the world of design, selected the projects that stand out for design excellence and quality.

Mixology: conviviality in the kitchen

Mixology is the innovative workstation designed to combine cooking and bartending, responding to new trends in domestic conviviality. An icon of Elleci's new Élite Kitchen line, Mixology features two bowls with low dividers, dual water management and three worktops to form two independent workstations equipped with many multifunctional accessories that interact to juxtapose the figure of the chef with that of the bartender.

With Mixology, Elleci redefines the kitchen environment for a new sociability in the home, overcoming the distinction between domestic and professional environments and embracing the innovative concept of co-living and co-housing, based on sustainability, ecology and sharing.

Functional design and strong aesthetic connotations are realized in this innovative project, made even more valuable by the use of Keratek, a premium composite material enriched with nanotechnology that guarantees high performance in terms of beauty and strength.

Laundry: functionality and aesthetics

Laundry is the innovative washbasin, made of Duratek, designed for home laundry. Featuring an extra-deep basin, effective organization of the work space, and a unique multifunctional accessory, Laundry furnishes the service environment in a functional way, without sacrificing aesthetics. The line is square, but at the same time soft, making it a modern washbasin in which efficiency, ergonomics, and design come together.

The new composite material with nanotechnology, patented by Elleci, is distinguished by its dusty, ultra-matte hues. Its compact surface is pleasant to the touch, easy to clean and resistant to impact and chemicals.

Elleci's Laundry project also embraces new interior design trends for both private homes and shared spaces of co-living and co-housing experiences.
