The system guarantees besides an advantageous versatility and a good control of the consumptions, thanks to the trajectories of exercise automatically optimized, too. At Fensterbau Frontale, instead, Cefla Finishing will be with its own technologies with mark Düspohl. Among these Robowraps, the innovative solution for the covering of plastic profiles and metals which allows to reduce in meaningful way the period for processing applications in comparison to the most conventional systems. Robowrap uses a laser scanning of few second for mapping the geometry and the position of the pieces and autonomously it predisposes the robotic arms with the necessary tools to the processing. It is an ideal system for small lots on commission, thanks to the reduced time of setting, too (a change of profile can happen in only two minutes).
