Titus presented at Sicam 2024 its latest innovative solutions designed to simplify the assembly process resulting in time and effort savings.

Through an immersive experience, visitors were able to learn firsthand about the features of the latest product innovations such as T-type hinges in the PressTo version and 170° version with integrated soft-closing, the soft-push open Push Latch S2 opening system, and even the new Titus System 6, the second-generation cabinet joint for fast and flexible cabinet assembly. 

T-type hinge range expands

Titus' flagship T-type hinge offers uncompromising reliability with consistent performance up to 200,000 cycles, making it particularly suitable for thicker and heavier furniture doors.

The range is now enhanced by the T-type PressTo hinge (pictured), which takes advantage of all the benefits of T-type hinges and offers an even faster and easier assembly experience for the end user. 

Featuring a system for attaching the hinge to the cup by hand pressure only, without the use of tools, it enables effortless and faster installation. Its sturdy design with built-in cushioning ensures smooth closure and reliable performance throughout the life cycle.

The new, very trendy Noir finish adds an elegant touch to the contemporary design. 

An effective option for tall doors is the new 170° T-type-i hinge version with integrated soft-closing mechanism that offers exceptional stability and allows total access to the interior of the storage space. 

Push Latch S2: soft-push open solution 

Push Latch S2 is Titus' new soft-push-open system for handle-less doors that provides quiet, soft, bounce-free opening and secure, reliable, and consistent closing over time.

A distinctive feature of Push Latch S2 is the shock absorber that controls the outward movement generated by a pressure action, making the sash opening firm but controlled and free of any rebound. The closing of the sash is also safe and reliable. Adjusting the gap between the sash and the side panel ensures precision and reliable performance in all applications.

System 6: fast and flexible cabinet assembly 

The second generation of joints designed for high performance, the new Titus System 6, with its square shape, ensures easy insertion and comfortable clamping for sturdy cabinet construction. This joint requires no drilling of the sides and is ideal for closets and cabinets: thanks to the tool-free Quickfit pin, assembly is quick and easy.

Its innovative design improves competitiveness and production efficiency; its square shape also makes for a pleasing cabinet appearance, as the hardware is minimized.
