Cefla Finishing Group is present at Ligna in Hannover with its full range of technologies, which represents the state of the art of process and product innovation. Thanks to ever-higher quality standards, the machines of Cefla Finishing Group give the final product a constant over time aesthetic and performance surplus value. They guarantee efficiency and flexibility, today indispensable in small lots’ productions, which require speed in product change, in maintenance and in cleaning. All this in the face of rapid return on investment. Mito by Cefla Finishing is the new dual-arm oscillating spray machine with CFB conveyor. Mito presents the new, innovative patented plenum, with control of the air flow in the machine for the highest quality, the lowest maintenance requirements and the highest paint transfer efficiency. The system of transportation of pieces with CFB conveyor guarantees the recovery of paint, a long period of use, rapid replacement operations, absence of overspray in the lower part of the panel and perfect coating quality of the edges. iGIOTTOAPP by Cefla Finishing is a six-axis anthropomorphous robot, perfect for companies looking for flexibility and productivity. Its 3D reading system, combined with the Cefla proprietary software, acquires the positions, dimensions and shapes of the panels in transit and automatically generates the spraying trajectories. iBotic is the ultimate expression of the technology of panel spraying. It guarantees finishes of the highest quality also in case of highly difficult shapes and edges. The advanced mechanics allows to obtain precise movements of the axes. The two arms are independent and can be moved individually or simultaneously: while an arm works the other can autonomously clean itself and load with a different product. Thanks to the Sorbini patent, Cefla Finishing Group is the first company to have introduced the Inert Coating Technology system in high quality finish. The ability to realize and finish perfectly the surface and edge of panels of any type of support (MDF, HDF, chipboard, honeycomb and more) with a considerable saving of all production parameters (from 30 to 50% of paint less), has already made of the Inert Coating Technology system a worldwide success. At Ligna the company presents its new products in two stands: Hall 17 - Stand D46 and Hall 12 - Stand B48.
