On the occasion of Eurocucina 2018 Falmec presented several new proposals, available from September, designed to meet the needs of a large clientele and improve the quality of everyday life.

At the centre of Falmec's products there are always design, innovation and quality Made in Italy: simple, functional solutions with an attractive design, result of the company philosophy that places the utmost care towards the needs of those who will then interact with the object.

The new hood or, better said, the integrated Quantum solution is a good example. The design idea of ​​this hood is inspired by the notion of the unique and indivisible of quantum particles. In fact, Quantum represents a new system able to combine perfectly suction and cooking in a single unit.

The system is composed of an induction hob and a central vacuum system equipped with glass flaps that open automatically during operation and then close at the end and align perfectly to the hob. This has four cooking zones with Flex Surface technology, 9 levels + Booster controls and touch control with display.

Quantum is equipped with a 600 m3/h brushless motor for high energy efficiency and silent operation, and an automatic mode that adjusts the suction speed according to the cooking function in order to always operate optimally.

The clean and geometric design is enhanced by a thin frame in opaque black steel that delimits the intake area and at the same time acts as a protective element.
