- kitchen hoods
The cooking zones and the motorised flap, which allows the extraction of fumes from the hood, combine to create a single, uniform body, elegantly integrated into the kitchen top.
A versatile and uniform workspace
Brera's configuration allows for a continuous planar surface, a versatile and uniform workspace characterised by a monochrome ceramic glass, the meeting point between the cooking and suction zone. Formal cleanliness, silent operation and high energy efficiency (class A++) are the distinguishing features of Brera, a minimalist product that combines multiple functions.
Practicality in cooking and ease of cleaning
The suction area is defined only by a thin slit, with a glass flap at the rear, distinguished by a black steel frame with a surface anti-scratch system, which opens automatically to suck in cooking vapours and fumes, closing again and thus conforming to the top.
The functional part, positioned at the rear, allows maximum utilisation of the cabinet in height, while the uniformity of the surface guarantees extreme practicality in cooking operations and ease of cleaning.
New cooking functions
Brera is equipped with a powerful brushless motor, quieter than conventional motors, touch slider control panel with display, 9 cooking levels + Booster and 4 zones with double bridge, for maximum versatility when using different sized pans.
The hood also has new cooking functions such as Keep Warm, which maintains a constant heat to serve food at the right temperature, or Chef function, which can set different temperature levels for each cooking zone.
Brera is also offered in a filtering version with Carbon.Zeo filters, which can be easily inserted from above to facilitate maintenance and replacement.
The suction solution integrated in Falmec's Brera top is available from May 2023.
