Ostermann's wide range of accessories now also includes the renowned Keku joints, the practical connecting elements that offer a quick and secure solution for hooking, sliding and doubling panels or furniture elements.
Well-known in the craft industry, Keku joints have been appreciated for more than four decades for their precision and ease of installation. In fact, the intuitive fastening system allows for quick and safe installation. With the inclusion of Keku joints in the Ostermann catalog as well, it is possible to have more and more products from a single supplier.
Keku EH mortise joints
These practical coupling, sliding and doubling systems are designed precisely to facilitate cabinet construction. Combined with pitch 32, Keku joints are supplied for both Euro screw and chipboard screw fastening. They are available in plastic or steel.
Keku joints are also extremely versatile. In fact, there are different versions of slip-on joints (EH and EHS) depending on the application. Thanks to the parts that can be screwed onto panels, frames or other surfaces, large panels and inspection covers can be easily attached and fastened. Many other structural elements, such as baseboards or furniture panels, can also be quickly and easily attached.
Keku AS mortise joints
AS and ASR slip-on joints, on the other hand, are designed to conveniently engage and disengage back panels or front and corner cover panels. They are particularly useful when it is anticipated that the space behind the panels will need to be accessed again. Special spacer plates are available for this type of application with which the height of connecting panels of doors and drawer fronts can also be leveled.
Keku AD mortise joints
Finally, with Keku AD 15 and Keku AD 30 shim joints, it is possible to quickly and easily attach furniture elements or decorative panels and insulating layers on sashes. Importantly, like all Keku joints, the shim joints can also be reversibly engaged and disengaged.
