On the other hand, the portal aims to provide a valid information service focused on products, projects, events and fairs and everything that revolves around the world of components, semi-finished products and accessories for the furniture industry.

Hettich's WingLine L folding door system has won another important prize: after the German “Red Dot Design Award“, one of the largest and most important design awards in the world, and the Australian “Gold Star Award“, it has also been awarded the “Good Design Award“, which is awarded by the Japan Industrial Design Promotion Organization.

 

WingLine L: creative freedom and high comfort


WingLine L is an extremely versatile folding door system, suitable for various applications and particularly suitable for narrow spaces where the opening of doors in rebate can be a problem. The system for folding doors expands the functionality of bases, corner cabinets, sideboards and even under-stairs compartments or attic rooms, often misused, can be transformed into practical storage spaces. The WingLine L folding door system can also be a valid alternative to flap doors in the creation of sideboards and wall units in the kitchen environment.

The system is also used in large cabinets. The innovative “Push / Pull to move“ opening mechanism, which is fitted with WingLine L, guarantees maximum comfort: just one hand movement and the entire door package opens automatically, providing a total view and convenient access to the contents of the cabinet. The device can be used for all common sashes and is available for sashes up to 2400 mm high and 600 mm wide each.
Thanks to the small internal dimensions of the door, it is possible to combine drawers and pot-and-pan drawers.
The innovative system for folding doors allows the installation of fronts without handles, thus perfectly suited to linear furniture without handles that follows the latest design trends. Assembly is simple and does not require any tools; a single installer is sufficient even for large pieces of furniture.
