An innovative production system
An open day organized in Rosà, in the province of Vicenza, at the headquarters of Meneghetti Spa, provided an in-depth look at the history of Fulgor Milano, which celebrates 75 years this year, a tour of its production departments, and a chance to admire the wide range of appliances on display in the showroom.
A cutting-edge company with 250 employees and 80 million in sales that has embraced the principles of the lean production method, studied by Gianni Meneghetti in a major Japanese company, and based on an integrated system of efficiency and control at all levels of product creation, starting with supplier verification and technical component analysis.
Within the company, we find a digitized research and development laboratory consisting of 35 engineers and specialized personnel, architects and designers. Equipped with modern technologies and systems based on artificial intelligence, this innovative laboratory dialogues both with chefs to experiment with product functionality and with some private users to test innovations and respond to market needs.
Fulgor Milan: a brand with a worldwide presence
Fulgor Milano is one of the few Italian household appliance brands currently present in the global market. Historically present in North America, it continues its expansion between the USA and Canada by developing both the retail and contract channels. With the recent opening of 3 new showrooms, Fulgor Milano boasts 60 monobrand stores in China. Distributed in Australia and the Middle East as a luxury brand, it is present throughout Europe and the UK and has recently acquired new distributors for Mexico and Brazil.
In Italy, Fulgor Italia's development is more recent and has gone through a reorganization of the sales force and coverage of the entire country through specialized distributors. Central to the growth projects is careful multichannel communication and support for the development of the territory and local workforce.

In terms of products, the professional lines have won over and continue to interest the major manufacturers of high-end kitchens, who appreciate an Italian excellence that can compete with the big international brands.
On the occasion of the 2024 edition of Eurocucina, Fulgor Milano presented many new products designed to meet the demands of an extremely demanding consumer who wants uniqueness, exclusivity and technology at the highest level.

Some 20 projects are in the pipeline for 2025 that will cover cookstove+top+oven systems, outdoor kitchen appliances, and be based on new electronic platforms and Artificial Intelligence.
