- Kitchen sinks
Elleci, a company that has been designing, producing and distributing sinks, washbasins and design accessories for the kitchen and bathroom world for thirty years, presented at Sicam 2023 many novelties in preview: innovative materials, new technologies, the appliance collection and the new bathroom project.
Innovative materials for current trends
At the stand two showcases hosted, as if they were jewels, the samples of Keratek and Duratek, the two materials, created within the Elleci Innovation Center, that combine together engineered quartz, micronised ceramic particles, acrylic resins and Elleci patented nanotechnologies.
Characterised by intense colours, matt elegance, compact and silky surface Keratek is the composite material that ensures excellence in terms of beauty, performance and durability in the kitchen. Certified by the NSF for high hygiene, it successfully combats staining agents and is easy to clean.
Duratek is the latest addition to the Elleci family of materials with a formula designed for the bathroom environment: the fusion of colour and material, the purity of the matt white, the ultra-smooth surface and the possibility of modelling thin profiles, narrow edges and reduced radii meet the requirements of the modern look and the most up-to-date design.
Elleci: composite sinks for the kitchen environment
At the top of the world production of composite sinks, this year Elleci exhibited at Sicam a selection of its multi-award-winning products: Dialogo 360 with equipped channel (Red Dot Design Award - Best Of The Best 2021 and IF Design Award 2021), Sintesi 105 and Sintesi 510 (Red Dot Design Award 2022 and IF Design Award 2022) and Spazio 900 (Red Dot Design Award 2023 and IF Design Award 2023).
New additions, which will become part of the forthcoming 2024 catalogue, include the Sintesi 305, the elegant and compact workstation that concentrates contemporary values of aesthetics, ergonomics and functionality in just 78 cm. The lateral positioning of the mixer counter allows nothing to be left out: the integrated accessories slide along its entire length.
Another interesting novelty is the Essenza collection, the Keratek basin bottom that complements other precious materials, such as marble slabs and Solid Surface, for reconstructed sinks.
Particular attention has also been paid to finishes, which enhance the aesthetics of the sink and allow for maximum customisation.
In the Kitchen area, Elleci also presented a preview of its household appliance collection: the company is in fact ready to respond to new needs with models of ovens, induction and suction hobs and appliances that combine the must-haves of modern style, such as the matt total black aesthetics, with high-level technological performance.
The new bathroom project
After thirty years of success in the kitchen environment, Elleci brings its experience and style also in the bathroom world. High quality materials, technological innovation and creativity made in Italy, in an exclusive range of washbasins, thought to integrate with the different furnishing styles.
Made in Duratek, the new Elleci washbasins reveal an intensity of white difficult to achieve in a composite material and a chromatic power in the other colours. Resistant to shocks and chemical agents, they are characterised by an ultra-compact surface that ensures maximum hygiene.
As a preview of the Bath 2024 catalogue, Elleci exhibited several models and installations at Sicam: countertop, semi-recessed, recessed sopratop and sottotop washbasins. Harmonious lines, proportionate geometries and plays of different shapes combine aesthetics and comfort in a minimalist and contemporary design.
