Kröning, German company which belongs to the Group Surteco, it produces an unique material to realize the covering foils for profiles used especially in the furniture and frames sectors. It deals with hybrid real metal foils; the base, an impregnate paper of special covering with a mixture of dispersions of polymers and polyurethane, it is coated with an aluminum film of 9 µ, printed and painted with varnish SH.
The covering foils of the series Hybrid Real Metal Foils, introduced by Kröning to Sicam 2015, they are able to offer excellent and many job opportunities: stainless steel, aluminum, black iron, copper, brass, gold, effects as coating and crackled. Besides the new varnishes in relief, as for the effect “beat of hammer“, they are available surfaces with a typically handicraft expressive strength.
To coat spools with pure aluminum was extremely expensive until now; it was necessary in fact to employ special systems of bonding and it was not possible to realize narrow rays or complex forms of profiles. With Hybrid Real Metal Foils proposed by Kröning, the horizon of the creative possibilities is boundless.
Kröning provides stationery of the standard collection from 300 m² with a width of 650 mm. It is possible to realize personalised colors according to the applications of the customer from 1000 m².    
As it regards the participation of Kröning to Sicam the results have been very positive and such proposals have found a notable interest from visitors.
