On October 18th-20th 2017 will be held in Imola the ninth edition of Cefla Live, the international appointment to know the most modern technologies dedicated to finishing and decoration of surfaces of each material and shape. During the event, in the lab R & D of Cefla Finishing it will be possible to attend meetings with technicians and experts to have some previews about the future of finishing and see functioning all the most innovative systems designed and produced by the company.
Technologies presented by Cefla Finishing at Ligna 2017
At Cefla Live will be also demonstrated the technologies presented at Ligna 2017, as the line of vertical ovens Omnidry and tactile effects obtained with J-Print 3D printers. They will be exposed the solutions of Industry 4.0 for creating a real Smart Factory. You can test the operation of the cCloner, the interactive 3D simulation software of lines and work processes, the operation of cTracker, the line supervision interface which allows you to keep track of each single piece, and the special Smart contract, the flexible and modular after-sale service, which allows technicians of Cefla Finishing to intervene where and when needed, thanks to the live monitoring of processing lines.
During the event it will also be carried out tests on all Cefla Live technologies and solutions proposed by the company, including the spraying robot iBotic with new technology in 4 interpolated axes. In 3,250 square meters of LAB there will also be many partners of Cefla like paints, pumps and guns, abrasive belts, 3D scanners and many others manufacturers,.
CEFLA Live will be an opportunity also for visiting the stands of Business unit C-Led, which will present Led technologies for the furniture industry, and Plants, which will deal with issues such as the environmental impact of production systems and solutions of cogeneration and trigeneration to improve productivity and to reduce energy consumption.
